* Migrating all users of the Enterprise Env to Shared Production

WHEN?
* Tuesday 12/18/2018, scheduled from 9:00pm -et through 11:00pm.

IMPACT:
* Notified customers may potentially observe call legs landing in empty conferences for established call sessions for a brief period after the migration has commenced.

WHY?
* The internet broke somewhere, and the evacuated environment will be used as temporary fix for impacted customers.
