WHAT?
* Our team will be deploying a security update to all Production runtimes (Shared & Dedicated), then restarting services.
* All Tropo.com usage is currently running in the SJC datacenter; we're moving all traffic (Shared & Dedicated) to the WDC datacenter.

WHEN?
* Tuesday 8/7/2018, scheduled from 9:00pm -et through 11:00pm.

IMPACT:
* There will be no downtime or reduced capacity. When traffic is flipped to WDC the changes will be live.

WHY?
* Just a minor security update that's been soaking successfully in the Staging environments, and we're now ready to promote to Production.
* Switching datacenters so we can safely conduct some heavy-lifting maintenance in SJC.
